1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and gk99 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of all services available at gk99.bar, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, virtual sports, and all associated payment, account management, and customer support functions.

By completing the gk99 registration process, by logging in to an existing gk99 account, or by accessing or using any feature of the gk99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 2 Eligibility

• You do not have an existing gk99 account that has been suspended or permanently closed by gk99 for any reason. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list that covers the gk99 platform or any platform operated by gk99's technology partners.
• You are not using any automated system, bot, script, or artificial means to access or interact with the gk99 platform.

gk99 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) gk99 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where gk99 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all secondary accounts will be closed, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any winnings generated on secondary accounts may be voided at gk99's discretion.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. gk99 accepts no liability for failed communications, payment delays, or account issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gk99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. gk99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available to all registered accounts. Any activity conducted via your gk99 account while you are logged in — whether by you or by a third party who has accessed your credentials — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gk99 support immediately at [email protected] so that protective measures can be applied to your account without delay.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

gk99 operates a Know Your Customer process to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, upon registration. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount on the gk99 platform is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits vary by payment method and account verification status. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to gk99 are reviewed and processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of submission during standard operating periods. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

gk99 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and bonus expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins or bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotional terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that ৳20,000 in eligible wagers must be completed before any bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Wagers placed on excluded games, or wagers that exceed the maximum bonus bet limit, will not count towards wagering requirement completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

gk99 actively monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of duplicate accounts; using low-variance staking strategies designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements; coordinating bonus play with other players; and exploiting software errors or errors in promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, gk99 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel any pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and permanently close the account.

5.4 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players only, unless otherwise stated. gk99 reserves the right to restrict or withdraw any promotional offer from any player at any time without prior notice, including where eligibility criteria are not met or where responsible gaming concerns have been identified. Players who have activated the self-exclusion feature on their account are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses for the duration of the exclusion period.

6 Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Game Providers and Fairness

6.4 Malfunction Policy

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Intellectual Property

The gk99 name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to gk99.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gk99 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the gk99 platform without prior written authorisation from gk99.

11 Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, and business interruption.

gk99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that any defect will be corrected. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and factors outside gk99's reasonable control may affect platform availability from time to time.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes gk99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by gk99

gk99 reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict any player account at any time, without prior notice, where gk99 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, where unusual or suspicious account activity is detected, where a chargeback has been filed against a deposit, or where a responsible gaming concern has been identified. During a suspension, access to the platform, depositing, withdrawing, and gameplay are restricted pending investigation.

12.2 Account Closure by gk99

gk99 reserves the right to permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed. Upon permanent closure for cause, gk99 may, at its discretion, forfeit any remaining bonus balance, void pending bonus-derived winnings, and withhold any funds under active investigation for fraud or money laundering pending resolution.

12.3 Account Closure by Player

Prior to closure, gk99 will process any verified pending withdrawal requests for real-money balances. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure, as they represent conditional promotional credits rather than real-money funds.

13 Amendments

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. gk99 operates as an online gaming platform providing services to players in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the gk99 platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. gk99 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction outside the scope of its intended market.
